And Just Like That…, Max’s Sex and the City revival, is back for its third and final season, which means Carrie Bradshaw and her Manolos are back on the streets of Manhattan. According to showrunner Michael Patrick King, season 3 is all about “surrendering to what life throws at you,” especially for Carrie. As the episodes have shown so far, those challenges include the unraveling of her relationship with Aidan, adjusting to her new apartment, and writing a new novel.

The season continues exploring dating, aging, and friendship, but with fewer characters in the mix (farewell, Che and Nya) and a sharper focus on the five central women: Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), Charlotte (Krisin Davis), Lisa (Nicole Ari Parker), and Seema (Sarita Choudhury). There’s also a fresh wave of guest stars and, perhaps most importantly, the return of Carrie’s iconic voiceover narration.

In an Entertainment Tonight video interview, the cast described the new season as “juicy” (Jessica Parker), “hot” (Ari Parker), and “sweaty” (Choudhury). SJP added on Live With Kelly and Mark that it was “a very big, lush, juicy, wonderfully complicated season.”

Whether you’re tuning in for the plot, the fashion, or the pure nostalgia, one thing’s for sure: And Just Like That… still knows how to start the conversation. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the last season.
