The sleuths at the website Curbed discovered the new owners of a sprawling $13.5 million New York City apartment, and it's Mary-Kate Olsen and her fiancé Olivier Sarkozy. Purchased from painter David Deutsch, the home boasts a private garden, a hall of mirrors à la Versailles, a ballroom, rooftop pool, elevator and artist's studio. Located in Midtown, it's far from the West Village and Tribeca addresses most Manhattan celebrities gravitate towards, but presumably offers more privacy—and there's no denying the beauty and insane space this castle-meets-townhouse offers.
