早已是個詩人！認識諾貝爾文學獎得主巴布狄倫最詩意的五首歌

這首歌曾經在電影《阿甘正傳》中出現。那時他才20出頭，正是男孩要長成男人的時候。當時美國正音樂越戰而出現反戰熱潮。而Bob Dylan希望世人能以和平而理性的態度來解決爭端，這首歌成為了反戰的民謠經典。

Bob Dylan跟民謠歌手瓊•貝茲（Joan Baez）以情侶檔的姿態巡迴演出一夕成名。但是這個男孩早在心中醞釀著跟過去一刀兩斷的念頭。從一個穿粗布襯衫的男孩換上了剪裁合身的西裝，戴上了墨鏡，拋棄了口琴木吉他的民謠詩人形象，改用搖滾樂團伴奏。許多人說他背叛了民謠，唱起了嘩眾取寵的搖滾樂，但是他字典裡本來就沒有「傳統」 。他挑釁著台下觀眾，用咆嘯的唱法對台下唱著〈Like a Rolling Stone〉，喝酒、吸大麻，用打字機一字一句敲下自己如詩卻充滿自省的歌詞。〈Like a Rolling Stone〉這首歌被視為他的叛變。

這是收錄在《Highway 61 Revisited》的收場曲，史詩般的歌詞中出現許多歷史人物、神話中的角色，也包括畸零的邊緣人。Bob Dylan像一個說書人一樣，虛實交錯，超現實如夢靨般的情境，卻建構出「當代美國文化的俯瞰圖」。可以看出Bob Dylan的歌詞可不只有為旋律而服務，而是具備文學作品的深度。

這張《The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan》專輯的封面很有名，是在紐約格林威治村，Bob Dylan和他當時交往中的女孩Suze Rotolo才十九歲，手勾著手走在街上，用夾克緊緊圍著身體，打著哆嗦。

Suze Rotolo後來赴義大利進修，於是Bob Dylan寫下了這首<Don't Think Twice, It's All Right>傾訴著遠距離相思之苦。
