'For a Hailey Bieber bob, I would ask your stylist for a precise, blunt, heavy bob, but with some subtle layering on the top layer and at the front to frame the face and create movement,' says Hattie Davis, Senior Stylist at Spectrum One. 'This cut works on any hair type, you would just need to adapt the cut a little depending on hair texture to compliment how the hair falls naturally. Looking at Hailey Bieber many clients would think that they couldn't achieve a bob like this if they have thin or fine hair, which isn't the case.'
