In July 2022, Lopez and Affleck tied the knot in an intimate Las Vegas ceremony. 'It was super, super small. They just wanted to be married so they got married,' an insider told People.
In an interview on Good Morning America that aired in July 2022, A Little White Wedding Chapel employee Kenosha Booth Portis, who was working during the couple's nuptials, recalled the pair 'reading each other's vows, they were very sweet'.
She added: 'It was beautiful. It wasn't overly emotional, but some tears were shed by them both. Jennifer looked stunning.'
Ahead of their first Christmas together, Entertainment Tonight reports that a source told the outlet that the couple have purchased multiple meaningful gifts for each other and are planning on throwing a very special Christmas for their blended family.
A source told the publication: 'Jen's favourite holiday is Christmas, so she always goes all out, but this is a really exciting time for them as a couple since it's their first Christmas as husband and wife. Ben and Jen picked out and decorated a huge tree with the help of their children. Their home feels festive and looks gorgeous with decorations and everything lit up.”

In May 2023, Lopez shared that her love story with Affleck would shape her new album This Is Me... Now, which isdue for release in the summer.

Speaking to Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos on a May 5 2023 episode of Live With Kelly & Mark, Lopez shared: 'I haven't really made an album like this in 20 years, is the truth. The singer discussed the 'emotional transition' of the past year, which saw her marry Ben Affleck in July 2022. 'We moved in together, the kids moved in together, so it's been like a really kind of emotional transition,' she told Today. 'But at the same time… all your dreams coming true, it's just been a phenomenal year.'
Lopez went on to reflect on 2022, saying that it had been her 'best year, I think, since my kids were born.' In August 2022, following their honeymoon, a source told TMZ the newlyweds had packed in their house hunt and instead were planning to move into Lopez's current home. The singer has owned the property since 2016.
The report come after the pair were spotted house hunting in LA earlier this year. But, despite reportedly ending their real estate search, the newlyweds are understood to be leasing businessman James Packer's £49 million ($60 million) mansion while Lopez's home is renovated, which will take at least a year.
In March 2022, it was reported that Lopez and Affleck had already bought a £37.8 million ($50 million) mansion together. According to Dirt, the Bel-Air home spanned 20,000 square foot and was complete with a theatre, four kitchens, an infinity pool, 17 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a wood-panelled office, dual showroom-style closets, and a marble bath. And their supposed property was understood to boast both casual and formal dining rooms too.
Lopez and Affleck were believed to have got the deal due to the home first being listed for £49.2 million ($65 million) by Texas Billionaire and hedge fund manager Todd Lemkin.
A source previously revealed to US Weekly that the couple could had been house hunting since last summer. 'Ben and Jen are spending almost every night together when they’re not working…they plan on moving in together very soon,' the source said.

Revisiting a People magazine article from 2003, shortly before their nuptials were due to take place, a statement from the couple said the reason for postponing their Santa Barbara wedding was down to the intense media speculation they were subject to.

In an interview with People for the news outlet's February 2022 issue, Lopez opened up about her newfound romance with Affleck.
She said: 'I just feel very happy and lucky to be in a relationship that's happy and loving, and I want to do everything I can to protect that and keep it safe. It deserves that, it really does. ... We hold it sacred.'
Comparing her relationship now to how it was when they first started dating two decades ago, she gushed: 'It's beautiful the way it feels very different than it was years ago. ... There's more of an appreciation and a celebration for it, which is nice.'
