Kim Kardashian might be a reality TV star, but she is, to her credit, also a pioneering business woman.

The 41-year-old SKIMS founder and aspiring lawyer, who has a net worth of $1 billion (£764 million) and earned herself a place on Forbes’ World’s Billionaires List, has accumulated wealth from a series of lucrative enterprises, including KKW Beauty, which she launched in 2017.

Kardashian sold 20% of KKW Beauty to cosmetics conglomerate Coty (which also bought 51% of sister Kylie Jenner's brand Kylie Cosmetics in 2020) for $200 million.

Besides this, she owns a majority stake in shapewear line SKIMS, and has also acquired a sizeable fortune from reality television, endorsement deals and numerous smaller investments.

So you might think that the mum-of-four would have some pretty enlightening advice for other women hoping to make bank for their endeavours.
