How well do you ever truly know the people you work with? Well, if Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery co-stars Kate Hudson and Jessica Henwick's recent 'Knowing Me, Knowing You' interview is anything to go by, it seems you can never know too much.

The pair's murder mystery, which is out on Netflix on December 23, sees the return of our favourite detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig), with a cast of new characters and a brand new case, making this a standalone sequel everyone can enjoy.

Ahead of the film's Netflix debut following its cinema release last month, the actors sat down with ELLE UK to play a game in which they answered questions about co-stars, which include Hidden Figures’s Janelle Monáe, Birdman’s Edward Norton, Outerbanks’s Madelyn Cline, One Night in Miami’s Leslie Odom Jr. and Thor: Love and Thunder’s Dave Bautista.

Henwick shrieked with laughter at the prospect of Kathryn Hahn’s middle name being Garry, as a smirking Hudson put her acting skills to the test for as long as humanly possible before finally revealing her surprising full name: Kate Garry Hudson.

'Garry was my mum’s favourite uncle!,' she laughed. By sheer chance, her sister in law’s middle name is Larry. 'So we are Garry and Larry,' she added.

Both stars struggled to figure out who starred in Stranger Things. After finding out it was Madelyn Cline (who played Tina in the sci-fi drama), Hudson revealed her all-time favourite TV shows. 'I’m such a sucker for Downton Abbey,' she said. 'I could just curl up and watch that over and over and over again. Also, The Sopranos - [because of] the Italian in me, I feel like I belong in it.'

For Henwick, starring in Lost would be a dream, 'partly because I love that show, and also partly because it’s filmed in Hawaii'.
